Our Expertise

Research
Services

End-to-end quantitative research: design, programming, fieldwork, data processing and reporting.

Systematic Sampling

Quota-controlled sample plans built against census or client-specified population parameters, with stratified sampling where the design requires it.

  • Interlocking quotas on age, gender, region and SEC
  • Stratified sampling where the design requires it
  • Post-collection weighting, documented in the deliverable

Survey Programming

Questionnaire scripting, screener and quota logic, with a soft launch to validate incidence before full field.

  • Screener, routing and quota logic
  • Multi-market scripting and localisation
  • SPSS, Excel or CSV delivery with a field report

Multi-Source Sample

Sample is sourced per project from vetted third-party panel providers across 36+ markets, with our own quality controls applied to every source. Our owned panel, Spinzel, is in development.

  • Vetted supply partners under written agreements
  • Consumer and B2B audiences in 36+ markets
  • Gleepzy quality controls on every source
Our Process

How a Project Runs

The four stages of a Gleepzy project, from brief to delivered data.

01

Research Design

Questionnaire, screener and quota plan built against your brief, and sign-off on the sample specification

02

Data Collection

Multi-source fieldwork across 36+ markets, with a soft launch on 10–15% of target n to validate the screener and actual incidence before full launch

03

Analysis

Data cleaning against the quality flags, quota reconciliation and weighting where the design requires it

04

Strategic Reporting

Tabulated data in SPSS, Excel or CSV with a field report covering incidence, completion and rejection rates

Data Quality

How we ensure data quality

Three layers of checks — before, during and after fieldwork — run on every project, and they run on every respondent regardless of which sample source they came from. The full detail, question by question, is in our ESOMAR 37 answers.

Pre-field: we gate the entrance

Digital fingerprinting, IP geolocation checks against the declared market (VPN, TOR and datacentre ranges flagged or blocked), bot and CAPTCHA filtering, and deduplication on panel ID, device fingerprint, IP and email hash — all before a respondent enters the survey.

In-field: we watch the interview

Speeder detection on anyone completing below 40% of the median completion time, embedded attention checks, red-herring traps, straight-line detection on grids, logic consistency scoring across questions, and language scoring on open ends to catch gibberish, copy-paste and AI-generated verbatims.

Post-field: we clean the delivery

A second deduplication pass across the full dataset, an outlier and flatline scan, manual review of a stratified 10% sample of verbatims by a Gleepzy analyst, and quota reconciliation before the file is released.

What we commit to on delivery

A target QC rejection rate of 5% or below, 100% of rejected records replaced at no additional cost, and a field summary report with every deliverable documenting incidence rate, completion rate, rejection rate by reason and any fielding anomalies.

How respondent data is protected

TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest for respondent PII, multi-factor authentication mandatory for every account that can reach it, and client deliverables pseudonymised — you receive response data linked to non-reversible respondent tokens, not names or contact details.

Project Summaries

Selected Projects

Anonymised summaries of recent projects. Clients are described by type; unconfirmed figures are left as [TBD] rather than estimated.
